  2. Main Technical Features
    1. New generation hydro-dynamic inner drum construction of 8 mm thickness
    2. Inner and outer drum made of stainless steel
    3. Stainless steel basket inside the inner drum which is removable with the help of a monorail crane – which can be supplied upon request
    4. 1 extra basket and trolley provided for easy loading and unloading
    5. Stainless steel double doors opening and closing automatically due to pneumatic pistons
    6. Inner door turning with the inner drum is locked with double locks
    7. Double sensor system for double safety during the operation
    8. Power transmission is through inner motor without belt providing to cease completely the vibration and noise during the operation

  3. Technical Description
    1. Electro-welded steel structure, sandblasted and painted with special rustproof paint
    2. Aisi 316 l stainless steel casing, fixed to the frame
    3. All parts in contact with wet garments are produced by stainless steel

    5. This machine is supported with special electric and pneumatic systems; the electric system is protected by a fan against over-heating and humidity
    6. This machine is built in accordance with the CE-73-23-CEE norm and is entirely manufactured in in NovaStar production facilities

    1. This machine is controlled by the electronically controlled panel with software entirely developed by NovaStar engineers in order to control all the machine functions and machine process fastly and easily
    2. Due to inverter, the operation time and speed of the machine can be controlled
    3. The control panel is very comfortable to use as it provides clear information for the operator
