95 rpm, seamless gearbox on floating mount with fluid coupling connection
60 hp TEFC, premium efficiency, 1.15 service factor
Automatic shutoff when the machine runs empty

This machine is fitted with Vecoplan's exclusive milled rotor and pockets
This permanent feature is maintenance free over the life of the grinder and is designed to automatically expel trapped material and prevent excessive heat generation and sidewall wear
XL-series machine frame package includes an oversized rotor diameter, higher motor drive power, a forward-sloped machine floor, easy-access screen door with quick-release and gas-assist opening, larger gearbox and hydraulics, and a high production rotor configuration

Vecoplan electrical controls package: a complete UL certified NEMA 4 electronic control panel will be provided, the keypad control screen will interface with an Allen Bradley PLC, this self-diagnostic panel will alert operators of a specific fault and direct maintenance personnel to the proper repair procedure, all equipment will be interlocked for safety and performance, provisions will be made for sequential starting and stopping of the system based on external interlocks
