1. Two transilon creepers delivering the web from peralta via one short horizontal lattice

Overhead and Cross Feed Arrangement

1. Two pairs of upright lattices and split overhead arrangement to the special cross feed

2. Conveyors 600 mm wide

3. All parts supported on suitable framing mounted on slide rails for moving assembly away from peralta or scribbler card

Detection Systems

1. Photocell or sonic beam detection system positioned on top of machine to monitor or identify broken sliver prior to entry into the cross feed arrangement

2. Photocell or sonic beam detection system positioned below cross feed to monitor or identify broken sliver

Cross Feed Model 803

1. Utilising transilon lattice for plaiting the sliver onto the feed lattice of the finisher card

2. Traverse width easily adjustable
