Concentrate Preparation
100 litre stainless steel jacketed mixing vessel with propeller blade, motor and pump for preparing the concentrate
Dilution Tanks
One tank with slight dent
Each with pipework, manual CIP, control panels, and diaphragm pumps
Used for diluting the concentrate, these feed the liquid filling line with product
Filling Line
Exit conveyor
Model YG50/1000-B volumetric liquid filling machine, year 2010, 8-head inline filler, including product tank and pump
Model HXG rotary capping machine, year 2010, screw capper, including cap feeder/sorter
Outfeed conveyor, conveyor system through to rotary turntable and infeed into automatic shrinkable label inserting machine
Model RBX-100 automatic shrinkable label inserting machine, year 2010, putting a sleeve/label over the top of bottle and cap, film fed by reel, PEC, with label push down device prior to heat sealing
Through heat sealing chamber, where label is shrunk onto bottle/cap

All equipment is in good working order, still set up on the factory floor but no longer running in production
