Design and Construction

4. 4 bolt pillow block housing with lube reservoir supports rotor in heavy-duty double row spherical bearings.

5. 5/8” plate steel liners protect the housing while providing a broad screen sealing surface.

Innovative Design Features

1. Enables hammer coverage over the full width of the rotor; completely eliminates dead zones in the grinding chamber.

2. Close tolerance circular grinding chamber design eliminates dead air and ensures cleanout.

3. Allows full access to grinding chamber for easier, faster maintenance of hammers, screens and wear surfaces.

4. Readily accessible external top feed flow diverter allows quick rotational change over.
