3000HP Land Rig, 156 ft Mast, 1300000 lb Hook Load, 7500 psi Mud System

Description

  1. Overview
    1. Land rig designed to operate in a desert environment with consideration to minimize effects of sand storms and temperature (+50°C).
    2. Sandstorms carry very fine dusty sand; equipment needs to be well protected from this dusty sand.
    3. Special attention required for air intake for AC motors and air conditioners; delicate equipment (HPU/power pack/etc.) installed in closed containers.
    4. HP mud system designed for 7500 psi, and the rig can handle oil base mud.
    5. Rig design to be such that quick rig moves will be possible and loads will be minimized.
    6. All lifting devices and padeyes will be certified and traceable.
    7. All electrical equipment will be rated for the zone it is applied.
    8. All equipment on the rig to be grounded.
