1. Located in 23 acres in Kollur Village, Sangareddy District, around 30 km from Hyderabad City.
2. Of the 23 acres, the plant is established in 11 acres and the balance 12 acres is developed as green belt.
3. Total built-up area at the site is 12,866 sq mtrs.
4. Plant area is 8868 sq mtrs comprising rolling bay and converting bay.
Machinery Overview
1. Plant machinery was designed and supplied by Fata Hunter and is capable of producing foil and laminates with a web width of 1000 mm.
2. Rolling plant is equipped with foil stock rewinding machine, universal foil cold rolling mill, foil separator, roll grinder, and annealing furnaces.
3. Converting plant is equipped with lamination machine, coating machine, extrusion coating machine, 5 color rotogravure printing machine, and needed slitters.
