    2. Model Compactronic 2000
    3. Working width 4800 mm
    4. Suitable for beams flange diameter 1000 mm
  2. Main Components
    1. Winding reel
    2. Reed trolley of the section guide
    3. Electric and electronic board
    4. Monitor with digital control
    5. Beaming unit fixed to the main structure, which moves along the reel axis to guarantee the perfect alignment of the beam during winding; this system excludes any additional installation cost
    6. Aluminium winding reel, base diameter 950 mm, fixed cone
    7. Width 1300 mm, inclination 11°, mounted on the main structure of the machine and controlled in rotating and moving phases by interpolation of x and z axes
    8. Digital control receives and processes all necessary data; the calculator memorizes up to 6 parameters of progress and repeats them for the next sections avoiding any possible surmount
    9. Warping and beaming speed are kept constant automatically, considering the diameter increasing (determined by computer)
    10. Meters-counter incorporated in the computer arrests the warper at the prefixed section’s length, as well as arrests the beam’s rotation when the winding is finished with the inserted arrest alarm
  3. Braking System
    1. Reel’s braking system of new generation has 2 big size disks (diameter 850 mm – thickness 40 mm) in spheroidal cast iron, which permit a long braking efficiency in the most difficult working situations
    2. Braking system is controlled by two separate circuits:
      1. During warping the immediate arrest of the reel is guaranteed by 2 pliers commanded by oil
      2. During beaming the tension of yarn is kept constant by 1 or 2 pneumatic pliers, on the base of the tension programmed by the computer
    3. Such system permits to have a wide range of braking, making as beams with less yarn and low tension, as beams with more yarn and high tension
  4. Speeds
    1. Warping speed up to 800 m/min
    2. Beaming speed up to 300 m/min

      2. The corrections of progress are made automatically controlling the winded thickness
      3. This operation can be repeated for 5 times more and after the first section is set, all other sections are prepared with the same progress scales
      4. Cycle 2: winding on beam

        6. Possibility of clockwise and anticlockwise rotation of the beam (slow march) also in warping phase
  8. Motorized Reed Trolley With Automatic Sorting
    1. Strong structure completed with guides for vertical movement of the lease reed
    2. Separating bars at the entrance of the reed trolley, mounted on a special motorized device, permit to separate different levels of the creel and to create an oscillating up/down movement of yarns in correspondence of the lease reed
    3. The oscillating movement of the separating bars increases the duration of the reed and avoids the frequent yarn breaking due to the teeth consumption
    4. Automatic motorized leasing device with reed for 368 passages mounted on the vertical shifting guides, controlled by self-braking gearmotor permits the positioning of the reed on the following positions:
      1. High position (high sorting)
      2. Central position (working)
      3. Low position (low sorting)
