Description
Overview
Runs tubular knit material through a “delta wing”, slitting one side of the fabric and then re-winding the material onto a single wide roll.
The material can then be slit to required binding width.
Takes rolls or pallets of flat folded tubular fabric up to 40 inches of tubular knit, opens it, slits one side, unfolds and rolls up the single layer material up to 80 inches wide.
Engineered to assure simple operation with minimal maintenance requirement.
Specifications
Maximum open width: 80 inches.
Power requirements: 115 vac or 230 vac single phase 50/60 cycle.
Turn key adjustable tube guide (variable from 18 inches to 40 inches).
Driven push button slitter with 0.25 inch blade.

After the tube is slit on one side it travels over a delta wing device to open the slit tube so it can be rolled up in a single layer manner.
An air operated selvedge de-curlers keeps the slit fabric flat on the edges as it is being wound; these de-curlers are adjustable for various widths.
