Description Overview Applies to innerspring, box spring mattresses and foam mattresses. The Cornell type tester is used to test the long term capacity of bedding to resist cyclic loading. The machine consists of a double hemispherical ram head on a manually adjustable shaft. A load cell is located on the ram head to measure the force being applied to the mattress. The shaft is connected to an adjustable eccentric which is rotated by an electric motor at up to 100 cycles per minute variable. Use specific block impact on the mattress over and over again to assess their durability and the fastness of mattress spring. Technical Parameters Display accuracy: 0.001 kgf Deformation precision: 0.001 mm Impact height: 0-300 mm adjustable Counter range: 0-99999 times Machine size (L x W x H): 3700 x 2800 x 2500 mm Weight: approx. 600 kg Control method: PLC Display interface: LCD touch screen, can display test graph, with USB port to output test results. Test status: 200, 6000, 12500, 25000, 50000, 75000, 100000 adjust the height loss automatically. Design criteria: ASTM F 1566 Power: single phase, AC 220V, 50-60 Hz. Other Parameters Adjust the pushrod stroke on mattress, maximum force = 1025 N, minimum force = 22 N. Pusher travel speed adjustable, about 100 weeks times per minute. Imposed the pressure on mattress by a transducer, pressure range to 300 kg.
