Description
Overview
Used to test formaldehyde emission of various wood-based panels, composite wood flooring, carpet, carpet padding, and other interior decoration materials, as well as other building materials under constant temperature and humidity.
Working principle: place sample into a 1 m² test chamber under specified temperature, humidity, and air velocity; formaldehyde released from samples mixes with chamber air, which is drawn through an absorption bottle filled with distilled water; formaldehyde in the air dissolves in the water, and the amount is measured and expressed in micrograms per cubic meter (mg/m³).
Stainless steel inner chamber with smooth surface, no condensation, and no adsorption of formaldehyde to guarantee accuracy.
Uses a 7-inch touch screen as a dialogue interface for personnel operation; intuitive and convenient; uses imported sensors and control curves that can be automatically recorded and plotted.
Incorporates industrial modules and imported programmable controllers for good running stability and reliability.
Control program and operation interface are optimized and simplified per relevant test standards for convenient operation.
Changed existing reciprocating humidify fog to dew point method for humidifying, making casing humidity change smoothly and greatly improving moisture control accuracy.
Incorporates imported film platinum resistor as temperature sensor for high precision and stable performance.
Advanced technology in heat exchanger and high thermal efficiency reduce temperature gradient.
Compressor, temperature and humidity sensor, controller, relay device, and other spare parts are imported components.
Protection devices: climate and water tank have high and low temperature dew point alarm protection with high and low water level alarm protective measures.
Integration of whole machine structure is compact; installation, debugging, and use are very simple.
