  7. Condition and Notes
    1. All production lines are fully functional and are still in production.
    2. All plants are composed of forward train and one card; they do not have fiber crossing, and production of articles with melange colors is problematic.
    3. Plant does not include fiber preparation or storage. Bale openers and silo openers are present, fed by conveyors, but blending of the fiber in use is poor.
    4. Currently they produce non-woven fabrics for printing.
    5. All Maliwatts: the bar heating electronics and the electrical system were rebuilt, and the cross lappers likewise received updated electronics.
    6. Seller sells the plant as not profitable and plans to reinvest in different productions.
