  2. Machine Configuration
    1. The crescent tissue machine includes: hydraulic headbox, crescent former, suction and Yankee press, reel, shaft puller, designed and provided by Acelli, originally manufactured during the year of 2005 to 2006
    2. Reconstruction and modification in 2015 to 2016, especially for the part of DCS/QCS
    3. Rewinder was also designed and manufactured by Acelli with 4 unwind stands
    4. Max design speed: 1800 m/min

  4. Stock Preparation Description
    1. The treatment line of long fibres and short fibres had been installed separately, up to mixing chest
    2. The machine broke line can handle the normal preparation of broke mixed into virgin pulp (max. 35%)
    3. Handling capacity BD as below: one NBKP line 60 t/d, one LBKP line 80 t/d, one broke line 35 t/d
    4. Pulper rotor, HC cleaner, chest agitator, pulp pump, refiner, de-flaker, screen, all provided by Andritz
  5. Auxiliary Plants (Hood, Mist, Dust, Vacuum)
    1. High efficiency hood with gas burner heating by Norvimpianti was matched to a cast iron Yankee dryer with diameter of 16 feet by original manufacture, Sandusky
    2. Thermal compressor for steam injecting and condensate recovery device were also provided by Novimpianti
    3. Mist and dust removal system installed at the machine wet end and reel section separately, designed and provided by original manufacture, Norvimpianti
    4. Vacuum system equipped 3 set of water-ring pumps, one of which was standby normally, all supplied by Siemens
    5. Compressor air system consisted of 3 set of Atlas compressors, one is reserved
    6. All drive motor and its control cabinets for tissue machine were supplied by ABB
  6. E and I (Single Line Diagram, DCS and QCS)
    1. DCS and QCS reconstructed and modified by ABB in 2015, with latest software and hardware sys
    2. QCS scanner equipped with new type infrared sensor to measure BW and moisture on line
