    1. Semi-automatic pillow stuffing and sewing machine
    2. The machine can take in a fiber batt or a foam core that can be either manually inserted by the operator or come directly from upstream equipment (card, molding line, etc.)
    3. The operator places the shell onto the stuffing belts
    4. The forks open to tension the cover and then the batt or core is stuffed
    5. The fork assembly then travels toward the sewing area where the stuffed pillow is released on the transfer belt
    6. The pillow reaches the sewing station where it is sewn and labelled (if the optional label device is installed) and then discharged for the following steps of the process
    7. The machine parameters can be easily set and adjusted on the user-friendly touchscreen and the individual pillow parameters are saved and stored as recipes in the system
    8. The basic machine is equipped with one overlock sewing head

      1. Labelling device - 1st label - the labelling device allows to place a flat label during the stitching process. The label is cut to size from the mounted label roll and accurately positioned and automatically sewn by the sewing head.

      1. Remote assistance device - device to be added to the PLC allowing our team to monitor, troubleshoot, solve problems, set up new products and install the latest software updates through an ethernet connection from a remote location.
  4. Warnings
    1. The use of microfiber, stretchy and micro-mink material may require extra cleaning and maintenance of the sewing heads due to the increased dust generated in the trim and sew process.
