Description Overview Fully automatic start-stop slitter rewinder producing nonwoven coreless rolls. Three stainless steel mandrels are circulating on a turret, enabling high productivity of nonwoven coreless rolls. Specifications Max web width: 62” or 72” (or 2x 36”, or 3x 24”). Jumbo reel diameter max 50”. Pneumatic lifting arms for jumbo reel. Three unwinding belts, width: 6” each. Operation speed (max): 1000 ft/min. Material: nonwoven 19 ÷ 70 g.s.m. Product diameter: 2.75” – 10.5”. Mandrel diameter: 1.5” (6 units); other sizes optional. Perforation: 1 ÷ 4 turning blades against a stationary anvil knife (shear cutting). Automatic mandrel feeding and removal of finished products is performed by a three stations turret. Cutting to length by a transversal cutter at the end of rewinding. Finishing station includes turning and ejecting the logs off the mandrels and out of the machine.
