Capacity: 35 hl per brew, 4-6 brews per day
Equipment first installed in 2015 to 2016
Brew line control system: MW control system with SCADA
Complete brew line consisting of German Kaspar Schultz made craft beer brewblock from 1997 with two copper cladded combi functional brew vessels, together with some Nordhause made CCTs and BBTs also from 1997, which all were first installed to this brew line in 2015 with additional vessels made by Spectac
Very modern and versatile packing lines are part of this offer
In 2016, new fully automated brewing control system with SCADA was installed along with CIP line and beer filtration block
