Periodic Maintenance Details
Every 2000 hours checks as per OEM recommendation like:
Cylinder tightness check
Engine performance monitoring
Governor oil change
Cam shaft inspection
Radiator fins cleaning
Exhaust gas bellows inspection for any crack
Fuel oil and lube oil filters cleaning
Resilient mountings / engine base bolts tightness check
Crankshaft web deflection and flywheel alignment
Inlet and exhaust valves tappet clearance checking, etc.
Every 3000 hours calibration of fuel injection nozzles
Every 4000 hours charge air coolers cleaning
Every 4000 hours turbocharger rotors mechanical cleaning / exhaust gas boiler tubes cleaning based on fuel condition frequency of cleaning will be decided
Every 6000 hours replacement of fuel injection nozzles
