Springs density can reach up to 150 m2 springs. Height of the block from 75 mm to 180 mm. Pocket spring blocks are made on high speed machine Spuhl P-455. This equipment allows to produce spring height from 60 mm to 270 mm. Spring diameter from 40 to 70 mm. Additional Equipment High speed machine - full automatic assembly machine for pocket springs using this automatic assembly machine, PA-490. Pocket spring row can be processed into spring units of different dimensions. The connection can either be realized using "centre" gluing only or using "top / bottom" gluing by applying a non-woven cover material.
