Main Structure
This machine is made up of damping machine, pre-shrinking machine, felt finisher.
Damping machine: Constructed with loosing frame, feeding roller, steam damping cylinder, center roller etc. Moisture for the fabric (steam spraying) to increase the soft and shrinkage before sanforizer. The steam damping cylinder: diameter Φ570 mm, stainless steel, max. working pressure 0.3 MPa. Cylinder with the structure of wire screen outside and then hemp fabric make the steam penetrate the fabric directly for the necessary moisture rate.
Rubber blanket shrinking unit: To eliminate the most potential shrinking stress in the fabric and achieve the shrinkage process. Diameter of supporting roller Φ616 mm, is made from stainless steel, maximum pressure 0.50 MPa. Press roll, tension roll, guide roll, water roll is made from seamless steel tube with surface chrome plated. The rubber blanket is grinded by grinding roll driven by separated motor. Press roll and tension roll is driven with separated motor.
Felt finishing: To dry the fabric after sanforizer and keep the shrinkage effect and improve the hand feeling. Felt blanket: 2200 g/m², width 2200 mm. The diameter of the big drying cylinder: Φ2000 mm, material is 20R carbon steel and the maximum pressure can reach 0.5 MPa. The drying cylinder: total 2 pieces, the diameter Φ570 mm, material is stainless steel and the maximum pressure can reach 0.4 MPa. Center roller is controlled by photocell switch to collect the felt motion.

Pipelines: The pipelines beyond the machine flange to outside is supplied by user. The flange specification is as follows: steam pipe 2", compressed air pipe 3/4", water pipe 1 1/2".
Compressed air: Output pressure 0.65-0.80 MPa, oilless, waterless, dustless. Available for machine connection. Requirement for compressor: volume 1 m³, flow 0.2 m³/min, dew point < -25°C.
Water consumption: 1 ton/hr.
Power: 480 V, 60 Hz.
Heating resource: Steam boiler.
