Average output: 800–1000 running meters of fabric per hour. To obtain a better crushing effect, the fabric may be put 2 or 3 times into the machine. Composition Entry – unwinder of 2 rollers for advancing the fabric at variable speed. Conveyor slide for entering the fabric into the machine. Steam/resource chamber for crushing, made of stainless steel AISI 304, including bolting. Thermofixing chamber covered with Teflon. Advancing of fabric through the thermofixing chamber with a rotational movement at desmodromic control. Pneumatical device at the end of the thermofixing chamber to stress the crushing effect more or less. Exit on conveyor over which and under are cooling fans.
