Working Principle
The rim charges of membrane get into pressing unit through feeding unit.
After solid pressing, the rim charges are transmitted into cutting unit for granule cutting.

Pelletizing machine: recycle mode is cutting and shaped; product shape is slice granule; operating mode is single or online; general power is 3 kW to 7.5 kW; chemistry performance is identical with original; maximal accession amount is 30% to 40%; machining amount is 100 to 250 kg per hour; cleanliness is no polluted as directly online.
Plastic cracking machine: recycle mode is crashing; product shape is slice powder; operating mode is single, no online; general power is 7 kW; chemistry performance is identical; maximal accession amount is 5% to 10%; machining amount is 180 to 250 kg per hour; cleanliness may be polluted.
Plastic recycling machine: recycle mode is heating up and shaped; product shape is granule; operating mode is complex, no online; general power is greater than 40 kW; chemistry performance is no identical; maximal accession amount is 10% to 15%; machining amount is 80 to 250 kg per hour; cleanliness is be polluted as its complex work.
