  5. Working Principle
    1. The machine is one of the parts of the opening and blending system for the complete nonwoven process. A variety of raw materials are placed on the upper curtain of the bale opener, need manual feeding. And the raw material is sent to the lower row of the upper hand by the epithelial curtain. The raw materials are mixed and opened by the stripper roller and uniform roller, and then discharge onto conveyor evenly.
    2. The special pattern in the spike lattice and the aluminum nails are the unique attribute the machine bears. The proportion of the weightage allotment is controlled by the PLC and confirming the weighting control with utmost accuracy.
