    1. Pile feed-in → selvedge guiding and centering device → padder → 6 chamber → cooling zone (800mm 1 set) → fabric outlet plaiter + rolling
  3. Scope of Machine Supply
    1. High in-feed unit work from pile: profiled steel frame, manually adjustable tensioning device, selvedge guiding and centering device
    2. 1 set of two-bowl padder: roller diameter 400mm, one 15kW drive; counter-pressurer roller, hard rubber 85° shore, crowned roller, soft rubber 80° shore; liquor trough made of stainless steel with 1 set of level control device and 1 roller; liquor trough made of stainless steel, pneumatically lifted and lowered; 1 driven expander roller in the front of trough, 1 driven expander roller in the front of the nip; speed synchronization between padder and stenter by load cell (E+L, PD25)
