Process Flow
Pile feed-in → selvedge guiding and centering device → padder → 6 chamber → cooling zone (800mm 1 set) → fabric outlet plaiter + rolling
Scope of Machine Supply
High in-feed unit work from pile: profiled steel frame, manually adjustable tensioning device, selvedge guiding and centering device
1 set of two-bowl padder: roller diameter 400mm, one 15kW drive; counter-pressurer roller, hard rubber 85° shore, crowned roller, soft rubber 80° shore; liquor trough made of stainless steel with 1 set of level control device and 1 roller; liquor trough made of stainless steel, pneumatically lifted and lowered; 1 driven expander roller in the front of trough, 1 driven expander roller in the front of the nip; speed synchronization between padder and stenter by load cell (E+L, PD25)
Mechanical weft straightener: not included, space left open for it
Cloth-feeding frame and overfeed unit: fabric inlet frame with operating platform; upper traction roller diameter 200mm; bottom traction roller diameter 200mm; individual drives for the traction rollers 2.2 kW each; overfeed device for pre-needling up to +40% as compared with the stenter chain speed; 2 driven scroll rollers, 0.75 kW drive each, profile surface made of stainless steel; 2 jointly power adjustable weft correction rollers, 2 x 0.18 kW drive
Fabric infeed device: 2 needling-in devices; selvedge tensioning device, right and left separately adjustable, 2 x 0.37 kW drive, pneumatically lifted and lowered; one set of plate uncurler for pin
Fabric feed device with high-tech stenter chains: infeed track control with frequency controlled drive and selvedge feeler; inlet field 6000mm long, outlet field 3200mm long; pneumatic chain tensioner; chain drive by key-shaft, 1 drive motor 22kW; chain tracks in the treatment chamber; horizontally reversed pin chain with long-life lubrication; fabric outlet frame
Electrical width adjustments with individual drive for each spindle: 1 spindle made of stainless steel for the extended inlet field, 0.55 kW drive; 1 spindle for the outlet field, 0.55 kW drive; chain tracks in the treatment chambers with 6 motorized width adjustment spindles control the working width from the operator panel (every two spindles for one width adjustment); digital width indication at the inlet and outlet of the stenter frame in the touchscreen
Hot air chamber: 6 chambers with a length of 3000mm each; thermal-isolated door, thickness 150mm, sturdy structure and high heat preservation characteristic; double layer filter for holding up lint, can be pulled out for cleaning during machine running; air nozzles designed for uniform air distribution over the width
Heat insulation on the bottom: mineral fiber of 100mm thickness placed on the bottom of the chamber
Air circulation twin-stream with separate upper/lower air guiding and electrical regulation of the air quantity: 2 circulation fans for each treatment chamber; frequency controlled high energy efficiency motors, directly flanged; nominal efficiency 7.5 kW / 1500RPM, speed range 580 up to 1500RPM; 8 frequency inverters 15kW each
Heating by means of thermal oil: heating thermal oil
Air exhaust unit: 2 air exhaust motors, motor value 4kW; controlled by inverter
Delivery support with driven traction roller: traction roller diameter 200mm, 3kW drive; electrical meter or yard counter with pulse transmitter, digital display with 6 digits at control desk
Air cooling unit: 1 set of cooling zone length 800mm, 4 kW fan drive
Fabric delivery section: common disconnection of the traction roller and the oscillating motion for the plaiter folding arms; cloth tension electrically adjustable, lap length 1000mm; 1 ionization unit for the plaiter; winder for small batches, max diameter 600mm
Electrical control: electrical control by PLC with a record for every batch of fabric: stops, working width, temperatures, overfeed, operating speed, fan speed, exhaust
