Overview
This equipment is used for the production of nonwoven fabrics that are spun into polypropylene and hot-rolled.
The main raw material is polypropylene, supplemented with masterbatch and additives such as anti-oxidation, anti-pilling, flame retardant, etc., to produce polypropylene spunbond hot-rolled non-woven fabrics with different colors, different properties and suitable for different uses.
This production line can produce both two-layer SS polypropylene products and three-layer S-M-S products.
Process Flow
Additives (recycling) → feeding → melt extrusion → filtration → metering → spinning → cooling → air drafts → feeding → melt extrusion → filtration → metering → spinning → hot air drafting → cooling → netting → hot rolling reinforcement

Usage: the melt squeezed and melted is sent to the spinning box by a metering pump through a filter and a melt pipe and is spun out of the spinning assembly.

A single hanger type spinning melt distribution cavity is used. The spinning melt distribution cavity is made of heat-resistant stainless steel. A metering pump is used for melt conveying and metering.
