Description

    2. Content of line includes hot melt situation unit with hot melt unit (corner and center gluing).
    3. Transportation conveyor with antistatic silicon belt (2 sets).
    4. Mattress flipping conveyor (1 set).
    5. Automatic pressing system (1 set).
    6. Motorized transfer conveyor with high quality conveyor belt (2100 mm width – 2300 mm length).
    7. Operator places foam or felt over conveyor and presses start button to activate gluing.
    8. Bridge can move up or down according to foam height automatically; properties can be activated or set to passive from the screen.
    9. Glue nozzle can move forward and backward according to limit sensor positions; properties can be activated or set to passive from the screen.
    10. Glue start position and finish position can be changed from screen depending on operator need (e.g., glue can start from 50 mm inside from start position and finish 30 mm inside from finish position of the foam or felt; mm values can be changed easily from screen).
    11. Preparation conveyor for operators; extra side of conveyor can be opened or closed if needed from button located over the conveyor sasi.
    12. First glued foam or felt stops at this conveyor; operator places bonnel spring or pocket spring over first material; second glued panel reaches conveyor and operator turns it and puts prepared carcass; sequences can repeat according to quality and production.
