  2. Machine Configuration

    1. Consists of three cutting units for polyurethane foam

    2. Raw material fed via feeding conveyor belt to loading tunnel

    3. In loading tunnel, foam is fed to first cutting section

    4. First cutting section cuts raw material into flakes, then directed to chute by conveyor

    5. Cut foam is processed by second cutting section, cutting in second plane

    6. From second cutting section, foam transported by lower and upper conveyor to third cutting section

    7. Cut polyurethane foam is sucked out by packing station, which places product in bags
