  2. Working Flow
    1. Unwinding and traction — full width entrance — two roller padder — overfeeder — stenter oven — air and water cooler — rewinding (center winding)

    1. Entrance frame device: frame made of bended superior Q235-B steel, extra reinforcement in loading section; feeding roller x3, dancing roller x2: φ120 x 2500, chrome-plated and polished surface; traction tightening frame: two pressing roller, worm speed reducer with hand wheel; centering device
    2. Two roller padder: frame structure made of welded 10 mm Q235-A steel plat; active roller diameter 400 mm, covered with 28 mm thick rubber, fitted on double-row ball bearing with bearing pedestal; passive roller diameter 400 mm, chrome plated surface; transmission 7.5 kW motor with reducer; dip roller x1, NBR rubber roller x1, maceration tank made of 304 stainless steel; hydraulic cylinder pressure with lever to force on padder
    3. Pinning device and stenter rail: overfeeding, combined pin/clip system enable to use pin or clip for different fabric alternatively; head stroke made of welded Q235-A steel, lead rail made of thick steel; infrared edge detector x1 frequency converting control x1 with rack actuator and motor to ensure steady and accurate pinning or clip onto fabric; pinning device equipped with bristle wheel forced by air cylinder; cast iron guide rail being supported underneath, rail chain is disassembly-free refueling design for easy maintenance; rail chain tensioning unit x1 by springs; rail limitator ensure rail in available range

Stenter oven (24 meters): modularization design for easy assemble; consists of 6 chambers in all, 4000 mm per chamber, total length: 24 meters, using sealing element between each chamber; heat insulating apron and frame using mineral wool board interlayer, thickness of flank apron: 120 mm, overhead apron: 150 mm; centrifugal fan (heat resisting type) x12; 2 for each chamber, front and back side air ducts are staggered placed, air flow volume is adjustable by damper; air inlet fitted with filter cover for easy cleaning; gas burner (nature gas type) x6, PT100+PID temp. meter control for accurate control, temp. of each chamber is regulated respectively; exhausting fan x3, 3 kW, inverter control; vertical blowing air cooling fan x8, 0.75 kW/set, half by half arrayed against to both sides of fabric; exhausting fan 3 kW x3, each outlet has air damper; output fitted with air cooling device consisting of cooling fan, air and jet duct; spline drive transmission with Reagan gear box, power 11 kW, inverter control
    5. Water cooling unit: framework made of welded profile steel; jacket type roller water filled inside, connected by rotating joint; two cooling roller, diameter 520 mm, frequency conversion controlled transmission

Jumbo center rewinding unit: framework made of welded profile steel; universal coupling spline transmission; driving by 7.5 kW; traction control by vector frequency converter with rotary encoder; pressure arm and air cylinder lifter for easy operation; emergency stop; and extra electrostatic eliminator
