  2. 1 Application
    1. Foam re-bonding machine is mainly used for foam flocks come from foam crushing machine and mix with glue, then drop down into the standard size mold which goes under hydraulic pressure to shape bonded foam in request density.
    2. Equipped foam flocks automatic feeding, stirring, adhesive mixture, pressure shaping and automatic foam moving as high automation production.
    3. The top and bottom steam feeding mould, mould raise up opening, automatic glue pump and flocks feeding, the top weighting stock bin, mould auto-moving and location, all these have much higher production efficiency and quality than normal re-bonding machine with steam.
    4. The production capacity is about 8 times more than re-bonding machine without steam.
    5. Is a necessary equipment for foam manufacturing waste foam recycling using for making value.

  3. 2 Description
    1. 2.1 The complete re-bonding foam production line
    2. Foam re-bonding machine equipped foam flocks feeding, stirring, adhesive mixture, pressure shaping in complete production line.
    3. It achieved one time production from foam flocks to final re-bonding foam block in density from 40 to 180 kg.
    4. Is fully equipped, high production efficiency and safety, the main extensional organization of machine is much stronger.

    6. 2.2 Improved mixing drum
    7. Foam re-bonding machine equipped mixing drum in scientific designed and strong construction, the capacity is 10 m³ (the capacity can be made according to client’s request).
    8. Equipped with high quality stirring motor and gear box, the whipping turning speed is 18 rpm.
    9. It mixed the foam flocks and glue very complete.
    10. 2.3 Accurate top weighting stock bin
    11. Foam re-bonding machine equipped accurate top weighting stock bin, the weighting stock bin above the mixing drum with seamless connection.
    12. The capacity is 10 m³ with smart weighting sensors.
    13. Pneumatic control opening, the foam is fast dropped into mixing drum.
    14. It can lower labor cost, increase veracity of material feeding and save a lot of working space.
    15. 2.4 New upgrade PLC and touch screen
    16. Foam re-bonding machine equipped Delta control and touch screen for easy operation and convenient maintainenance, equipped with 7 inches Delta touch screen.
    17. Totally new developed touch screen with easy operation software.
    18. The control system in high automation, convenient maintainenance, failure rate is very low so lower the maintainenance cost.
    19. 2.5 The advanced automatic mould system
    20. Foam re-bonding machine equipped advanced automatic mould system.
    21. After developped, the mould is with raise up opening function.
    22. The 5.5kW hydraulic station can ensure the foam pressure plate go down and raise up the whole mould, the foam pressure height is controlled by position limit switch.
    23. The finished re-bonding foam block delivery by rail at the bottom.
    24. The updated mould opening function is high automation, protect the product better, easy for worker operation and more safety.
    25. 2.6 The new top and bottom steam system
    26. Foam re-bonding machine equipped totally new steam system with top and bottom steam feeding, the bottom plate of mould after developed with many air holes, the steam is released from small air holes in production process, the mould is full of steam quickly to ensure the re-bonding foam shaping more completer and efficient, it is not quality different from block top and bottom parts, the surface is more clearer.
    27. This way to increase the production speed, production capacity is about 8 times as more as re-bonding machine without steam.
    28. The steam connection and feeding time is all controlled by PLC process.

    30. 2.7 Mould auto-moving and
    31. Foam re-bonding machine equipped mould auto-moving and location system which including motor, inverter, sensor.
    32. The program control flocks dropping, steam feeding, mould moving and location to instead of manual mould moving and stop.
    33. It is increased production efficiency, easy for worker operation and more safety.
    34. 2.8 Convenient feeder fan (option)
    35. Foam re-bonding machine can be equipped with feeder fan and pipe, the fan motor is 5.5 kW.
    36. One end of feeder pipe joint with material silo or material box, another end of feeder pipe directly joint with top weighting stock bin, feeding the foam flocks very fast, lower the labour strength and increase production efficiency.
    37. 2.9 Convenient automatic quantitative glue feeding (option)
    38. Foam re-bonding machine can be equipped with a convenient automatic quantitative glue feeding system, no need for manual glue feeding.
    39. The system consists of high quality floor scales, pneumatic gluing components and glue tank.
    40. The whole process is controlled by the program automatically, equipped with advanced weighing sensor to make the glue weight precise and controllable, the precision is up to +/- 0.5 kg, compared with the old-fashioned time control glue feeding amount, greatly reduce the waste of glue, the operation and maintenance is more convenient.
    41. It is an important auxiliary function to save cost and produce high quality re-bonding foam.
    42. The mixing tank of 2 manual hoppers, which is for users to choose glue feeding methods flexibly.
    43. 2.10 High efficiency two sided mould (option)
    44. Foam re-bonding machine could choose equip one more foam pressure system to achieve make re-bonding foam at two sides.
    45. It can take turns to production at two sides, make full use of time of pressure forming.
    46. It increased production efficiency and capacity.

    49. Foam re-bonding machine could customized larger mixing drum, top weighting stock bin and the main structure.
    50. For example with 15 m³ mixing drum and top weighting stock bin, the diameter of principal axis improved to 140mm, mixing motor change to 11 kW.
    51. Good to produce big size foam or density more than 120D.
