Item 001 - Single Wire Pocket Coiler
Spring type: barrel or cylindrical
Capacity: max 160 springs per minute
Spring waist diameter: D50 to D75 mm
Spring wire diameter: D1.5 to D2.3 mm
Final pocket height: 70 to 220 mm (above 220 mm is also possible)
Free spring height: 110 to 280 mm

Air consumption: 10 m³ per hour
HMI smart system: smart system and change the spring size easily
Coil head: without belt, use gear
Auto fabric correction: the back seal lined neatly and straightly to ensure the beauty of springs and 10% less break-down
“V-shaped” output channel: 1) welding quality 2) protect the mold
Light welding mold: easy to move, simple structure, can save 1 kWh per hour
Very less chance to clamp the springs
Change-over time: can save 60 different spring shapes into the computer
Our HMI is inserted with intelligent calculation system, when you change the numbers which are highlighted in blue, thus the other numbers will be changed automatically (since our intelligent system will directly get the perfect profile on its own)
Coil head with gear transmission, and the quality is more stable and reliable
Without belt, even the best quality of the belt, for this function still easy to break
The beauty of springs and 10% less break-down
Each spring is exactly packed in the middle of the fabric, if you check one spring string, the back seal lined straightly due to the fabric correction system (with two sensors)
Patent product which can make sure each spring is packed exactly in the middle of the pocket
With this special function we can less 10% of the break-down compared with others, because the others the fabric easy to go out which cause failure
When change the fabric width, just put a new roll on, no need to loose many screws
“V-shaped” output channel: 1) welding quality 2) protect the mold
Light welding mold: better design, very less chance to clamp the springs
The move is very light, very simple structure, can save 1 kWh per hour
Item 002 - Dual Wire Pocket Spring Machine

Spring waist ext diameter: Φ45 to Φ70 mm (>Φ70 mm on request)
Steel wire gauge: Φ1.4 to Φ2.3 mm (<Φ1.4 mm on request)
Pocket height: 70 to 220 mm (<70 or >220 mm on request)
Can work with any pocket spring strings no matter where they are from
Can assemble below types of springs: spring waist diameter D37 to 75 mm, spring pocket height 50 to 240 mm
Capacity: 300 to 400 springs/min
Top/bottom non-woven: computerized swift in with/without
Nested, zoning is possible
Total 4 gluing valves for incontinuous gluing
Can produce 2 single beds one time and 4 sofa units one time
Power: 15 kVA

Quality control: if a spring string is defective, the machine will fly it out automatically

Quality control: if there is one spring string with some defects, the machine will fly this string out of the machine, it won’t calculate into the whole production process

In the morning, you just need to give orders to computer: for which size how many units you want to produce, then the machine will work according to your schedule, no need any interface of the operator
Control each row separately / glue saving system: each row is separately controlled which means you can produce all the shapes like zoning, nesting, round, heart etc.
In each row, the spring qty, spring length, glue type, the springs from which coiler and if need nesting
Just make a drawing and produce a special mattress
Developed 8 kinds of spray mode, such as complex bed unit, the first 2 and last 2 rows are stand units, and the middle rows are nested, we can totally control dots spray in the first and last 2 rows, and middle rows with spray continuously
30L imported glue tank for assembly machine: 13 rows per minute, the minimum glue tank has to be 30 kg, otherwise you will face two problems: nozzle and hose always stuck, glue has no time to melt then finished pocket units having quality problem (glue open), your workers always need to add the glue
