Overview
Fast wire contour cutter uses abrasive wire at high speed to grind material into powder, which is absorbed by a dust blower.
The computer controls the conveyor belt and cutting roller based on CAD drawings.
Eliminates the need to make, repair and store templates.
Integrated design and cutting program: just design and cut.
Cost savings by automatically arranging the product (nesting of shapes to maximize material usage).
Supports numeric instruments.
Higher material utilization resulting from computer aided nesting of shapes.
Cut speed can be set to arrive at the best cut speed for different foams.

Main Functions
Fast cutting speed: the new design machine cutting speed can reach 10 meters per minute.
Better precision: mechanical tolerance is ±0.1 mm and final product tolerance is ±0.5 mm even at high speed.
High quality components: servo motors and drives for x and y axis; high quality reduction gears; high quality rack and gear system for x axis movement; ball screw for y axis movement; high quality coupling; soft connect the motor and wheel; siemens motor used for wheel running; whole moving frame made by profile aluminum.
Perfect software makes the operation easy: operator inputs product drawing into the machine by CAD; powerful software translates dxf/dwg file to standard g code automatically.
Motion control card based on the development of cnc machining software is simple and intuitive.
Parameter settings window is humanized, can set its own processing speed, acceleration and other operations processing conditions, so efficiency is improved greatly and adjustable control can be achieved.
Reasonably compact mechanical structure, imported electronic inverter control of motors and precision straight linear guide.
Effective vacuum dust suction system: most of the dust will be sucked into the dust bag by powered vacuum system.
Control makes the worker easy to run the machine.
