  3. Operating Principle
    1. Cold air is filtered through the filter and enters the gas-fired hot blast stove, where it is mixed with high-temperature flue gas generated by gas combustion to form hot air at a suitable temperature
    2. After being filtered again, hot air enters the air distributor at the top of the spray tower and spirally runs to the bottom of the tower
    3. Feed liquid is pumped to the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower by mono pump, where it is torn into tiny mist droplets
    4. Feed liquid droplets and hot air are in co-current contact, heat exchange is fully carried out, and moisture is rapidly vaporized and evaporated, drying into a finished product in a very short time

    1. Burner is imported from Italy, with high safety and low failure rate, equipped with a proportional control valve that can automatically control inlet air temperature according to different drying requirements, control accuracy ±2 °C
    2. Large tower diameter effectively reduces sticking phenomenon
    3. Unique air inlet spiral distributor is patented, ensuring air volume is absolutely uniform on the circumference of the tower body and minimizing material sticking to the wall
    4. Advanced and convenient cleaning door facilitates operation, ensures absolute sealing, prevents material sticking around the cleaning door, and facilitates cleaning
    5. Inside of the tower is absolutely mirror polished without any dead angle to avoid sticking materials and facilitate cleaning
    6. Tower body and pipeline are equipped with quick-opening cleaning holes and sewage holes to facilitate cleaning
    7. Equipment is equipped with air hammers in the straight section of the main tower, the cone, and the cyclone cone so that dry powder will not be adsorbed on the wall
    8. Material discharge adopts an external high temperature resistant air shutoff device that can continuously discharge material
    9. Dust removal system adopts first-level cyclone separation plus pulse bag filter, improving material yield and discharging up to standard to meet environmental protection requirements
    10. Control system adopts PLC control, easy to operate, wide range of adaptation, does not require professional operators
    11. Outlet air temperature and feeding speed can be interlocked and controlled, improving equipment operation stability
    12. Tower body and filter are equipped with differential pressure gauges that can display system operating pressure in real time
