Mechanical Flow Units

Fluff forming system: composed by pulp stands; high speed cellulose mills; fluff forming box; sap applicators; upper, bottom tissue unwinding unit; fluff core pressing unit, fluff core embossing unit and fluff core cutting unit
Pulp stand: vertical pulp stand, allows 2 rolls of cellulose pulp, max diameter 1500 mm, width 520 mm (20’), core diameter 3’; with sensor detection for pulp rolls close to end or broken, and water sprayer

Sap applicator: capacity: 2~13 g/pc, sap dosing quantity can be setup on the touch screen and servo motor controls the dosing quantity; auto self-feeding when sap in the applicator is lower than the minimum position by touch the sensor, when it is missing, machine will sound alarm and stop automatically; with sap auto suction feeder; the dosing roller has a heating function; deviation at the same speed: +-5%
Fluff core pressing unit: composed by the cutter and anvil, scraping method is incorporated to decrease wear of cutter blade and excessive impact to cutter and anvil; upper cutter with cleaning roller and sheet, the cutting blade and anvil used are high speed alloy steel
Fluff core embossing unit: composed by embossing roller, anvil and solid frame, pressed by the cylinder and heated by electrical heating tube in order to assure embossing pattern
Fluff core cutting unit: composed by plane cutter, anvil and frame, pressurizing by spring and scraping method is incorporated to decrease wear of cutter blade and excessive impact to cutter and anvil
Release paper: two mechanical shafts, diameter ≤500 mm, core diameter 3”; passive unwinding; semi-auto splicing, sensor detection, auto alarm and stop when raw material missing or broken; auto reject from material joint and number of reject can be setup on the touch screen
