Description

  1. Application
    1. Hot melt sensitive pressure adhesive coating and lamination line, for coating, lamination, peeling, rewinding function.
    2. For material: PET, PVC, paper etc.
    3. Process: no.1 unwinder - coating – cooling & laminating - rewinding - no.2 unwinder
  2. Machine Features
    1. This machine includes microcomputer PLC, touch screen control.
    2. Wear-resistant alloy steel coating head for coating control accuracy and service life.
    3. For the different types of coating, adjustment brackets are included, and the repeat positioning accuracy will be precise.
    4. Automatically tracks and displays and stores the quantity of glue processed.
    5. The unwinding is equipped with a web guiding device, and a high-performance infrared sensor and an electric controller that ensures the evenness of the material roll feeding.
    6. The heating temperature is all centrally controlled by PLC.
    7. The amount of glue supplied by the metering pump for the coating width is input by the operator, and the amount of glue supplied will be automatically calculated while running.
  3. Main Components Description
    1. Machine Frame
      1. First unwinder is made of square steel and channel steel plates welded.
      2. The upper frame is made of 30 mm steel plate as a whole and supported by steel pipes.
      3. The transmission cover is 1.5 mm iron plate.
      4. The second unwinder is installed on the upper platform.
    2. Unwinding Unit (Shaft-Less Type: 2 Sets)
      1. The unwinding includes hydraulic feeding and pneumatic clamps – 2 units.
      2. First unwinding tension includes 200 N.m magnetic powder brake - 1 set.
      3. Second unwinder includes 100 N.m magnetic powder brake - 1 set.
      4. First unwinder tension control includes manual adjustment device - 1 set.
      5. Second unwinder tension control includes automatic adjustment device - 1 set - Italy (RE).
      6. First and second unwinders shafts use 3" air shafts - 4 units.

    3. Rewinding Unit (Duplex Rewinder + Auto-Splicing System)
      1. Include duplex-station rewinding device.
      2. The rewinding is driven by a 7.5 kW motor + converter, a total of 2 units.
      3. The drive motor includes variable frequency speed regulation.
      4. Closed-loop taper tension automatic control system (including 2 vector inverter motors, floating rollers and low-friction cylinders, etc.).
      5. The rewinding shaft includes 3" air expansion shafts, a total of 2 units.

      1. The shell includes channel steel and 2 mm square steel plate welding.
      2. The glue melting tank is made of aluminum alloy, with three layers of structure, and the inner wall is coated with an anti sticking coating.
      3. Heating tube at bottom of melting tank is included.
      4. The glue conveying pump includes high temperature resistant precision metering gear pump.
      5. Equipped with external precision filter.
      6. The rubber conveying pump includes variable-frequency gear reducer motor for variable-frequency speed regulation.
      7. The temperature is controlled by PID, and the upper and lower layers are controlled independently.

    7. Coating Lamination System & Guide Rolls
      1. Cloth coating head: it is made of high-temperature resistant alloy material and is subject to special heat treatment to prevent deformation. The cloth coating head is heated by electric heating. A reasonable arrangement of heating tubes makes the heating uniform and the temperature control accurate, reducing the thermal deformation of the metal.
      2. The cloth adjusting brackets on the applicator include an integral transition structure, which is welded and processed from profiles and steel plates, and the main body is rigid.
      3. Coating roller: ¢ 320 mm steel roller chrome plated, equipped with a rotary joint, a total of 1 set.
