First conveyor allows introduction of the web from the cards to the jetlace unit; a pre-wetting unit (conveyor type) located over this conveyor ensures compacting and pre-wetting of the web before the first injector; the ramp inside the prewet conveyor is supplied with spraying nozzles of self cleaning type connected to an independent centrifugal pump (PP) included in supply; the injector (N01) over the conveyor ensures pre-entanglement of the web; the dewatering suction box below this injector is connected to a vacuum exhauster approximately 1.0 meters vacuum for maximum compaction of the web after pre-wetting and pre-entanglement; the conveyor is driven by an AC motor at variable speed included in supply.
