    28. Process description: feed to the column enters two different 51 mm (2 inches) diameter nozzles
    29. The feed in the previous service was 5500 mm/hour of mixed amines with methanol
    30. An internal condenser (321 stainless steel) is used in the top of this column to condense the methanol in the overhead stream
    31. The condensed methanol is collected in a catch pan
    32. Some is used for the column reflux and the remainder is sent to storage
    33. In the previous service, 1400 mm/hour of methanol was recovered
    34. Live-steam is injected into the bottom of the column to provide the separation momentum
    35. In the previous service, the live steam injection was 2500 mm/hour of 2.8 bar (40-psig) steam and the bottoms flow was 6.5 mt/hr of mixed amines and water
