Overview
1. Trutzschler, Spinnbau, Ramisch Kleinewefers, Edelman thermobond line intended use: nonwoven production from all synthetic fibres and mixtures with synthetic fibres where fibres softening point is below 250°C.
2. Rolls width: 30 mm to max 2200 mm.
3. Rolls diameter max 1000 mm.
4. Grammages: 16 gsm to max 50 gsm (duplex 70 gsm).
5. Exit trimmed width: 2000 mm.
6. Both lines are working.
7. Polypropylene, polyester, polyamid, viscose.
8. Coverstock, nonwoven for hygienic end use, drapes, gowns, filters, dry wipes.
9. Thermobond line: polypropylene, polyester, polyamid, and mixtures with viscose or cotton till circa 30% coverstock, hygienic nonwoven for pads, slips, drapes, gowns, filters, wet wipes, automotive industry, upholstery.
10. Pes or pet 30 gsm circa 80 m/min 230°C width 2000 mm = circa 10,000 square meters per hour needed: 320 kg of polyester fibers per hour.
