Description
Application
Hot melt sensitive pressure adhesive coating and lamination line, with functions of coating, lamination, peeling, and rewinding.
Body material application: PET, PVC, paper, etc.
Machine Features
Includes microcomputer PLC and touch screen control, simple operation and high automation.
Uses wear-resistant alloy steel coating head, greatly improving coating control accuracy and service life.
Includes overall translation type coating adjustment bracket with precise repeat positioning accuracy.
Automatically tracks, displays, and stores the amount of glue, making operation and use convenient and fast.
No. 1 unwinding is equipped with a web guiding device; high-performance infrared sensor and electric controller ensure neatness of the material roll.
Heating temperature is all centrally controlled by PLC.
Amount of glue supplied by the metering pump is determined by the coating width input by the worker; the amount of glue supplied is automatically calculated and running.
Main Components Description
Machine Frame
No. 1 unwinder is made of square steel and channel steel plates welded.
The upper frame is made of 30 mm steel plate as a whole and supported by steel pipes.
The transmission cover includes 1.5 mm iron plate.
The second unwinding rack is installed on the upper platform.
Unwinding Unit
The unwinding includes hydraulic feeding and pneumatic clamps – 2.
No. 1 unwinding tension includes 200 Nm magnetic powder brake – 1.
No. 2 unwinder includes 100 Nm magnetic powder brake – 1.
No. 1 unwinder tension control includes manual adjustment device – 1.
No. 2 unwinder tension control includes automatic adjustment device – 1.
No. 1 and No. 2 unwinders shafts use 3" air shafts – 4 pieces.
The unwinding includes hydraulic lifting device – 2.
No. 1 and No. 2 unwinder all use EPC photo-cell web-guide – 2.
After unwinding, there is a splicing platform – 2.
Rewinding Unit
Includes single-station winding device.
The winding is driven by a 3.7 kW motor, a total of 1.
The drive motor includes variable frequency speed regulation.
Tension control includes manual adjustment device, a total of 1.
The rewinding shaft includes 3" air expansion shaft, a total of 2.
Automatic control of winding length can also be manually controlled.
Glue Melting Tank (1)
The shell includes channel steel and 2 mm square steel plate welding.
The glue melting tank is made of aluminum alloy, with three layers of structure, and the inner wall is coated with anti-sticking coating.
Cast in heater is included.
The rubber conveying pump includes high temperature resistant precision metering gear pump.
Equipped with external precision filter.
The rubber conveying pump includes variable-frequency gear reducer motor for variable-frequency speed regulation.
The temperature is controlled by PID, and the upper and lower layers are controlled independently.
Maximum glue output: 180 kg/hour (EVA, 3000 centipoise, 165 °C).
Glue Hose
Material: polytetrafluoroethylene.
Inner diameter: 16 mm.
Length: 5000 mm.

Coating Lamination System and Guide Rolls
Cloth coating head: made of high-temperature resistant alloy material and subject to special heat treatment to prevent deformation; the cloth coating head is heated electrically; the reasonable arrangement of heating tubes makes heating uniform and temperature control accurate, reducing thermal deformation of the metal.
The cloth applicator adjusting bracket includes an integral translation structure, welded and processed from profiles and steel plates, with rigid main body.
Coating roller: Ø 320 mm steel roller chrome plated, equipped with a rotary joint, a total of 1.
Cooling composite roller: Ø 400 mm steel roller chrome plated, equipped with a rotary joint, a total of 1 set.
Compound pressing roller: silicone rubber roller, 1 in total.
Guide roller: Ø 120 mm aluminum surface anodized.
Drive Unit
Coating roller motor: 2.2 kW – 1.
Compound roll motor: 3.7 kW – 1.
Glue conveying pump motor: 2.2 kW – 2.
