  1. Overview
    1. 445 MW Siemens cogeneration plant based on Siemens V94.2 gas turbines introduced in 1981.
    2. Worldwide about 450 units have been installed with about 7 million operating hours.
    3. Major equipment supplied by various vendors; L&T built the plant.
    4. Plant installed in 2006; natural gas available only from March 2009.
    5. Plant ran until March 2013 and stopped due to gas unavailability; has not run since.
    6. OMS had a contract for operations and maintenance and was at site until almost end of 2013; they confirmed they maintained and preserved the plant during their presence.
    7. Gas turbines dehumidifier is a built-in feature of V94.2.

    3. Open cycle declared on 04 June 2009.
    4. STG commissioned on 22 June 2010.

    7. GT #1B run hours: 22,913 EOH.
    8. STG run hours: 19,460 EOH.
    9. Monthly generation data from July 2010 to March 2013 indicates maximum load of 333 MW was generated in July 2010.
    10. From July 2012 onwards, GT #1B was sparingly run.
    11. Steam turbine COD achieved in June 2010; operating hours since July 2010 is 17,900 hours.
