Drying oven: 12 meters length with 4 chambers and heated by infrared tube, each chamber has 36 kW power and temperature control can be made, the oven is covered with 50 mm thick isolation panels, there are 12 fans that provide hot air circulation in the oven, there is an exhaust fan on the furnace that transfers the vapor and smoke generated to the chimney (chimney roof connection not included)
Cooling unit: while the hot product coming out of the oven is on the belt, it is cooled by cooling fans
PVC preparing mixer: volume 450 liters and blender power 30 kW and stainless steel tank
Outlet: folded width 1000 mm to the transport trolley
Synchronization: synchronization between rollers is provided by dancer rolls
