The specially reinforced design of the cutting unit allows the optimal processing of medium and high volume weights
Split PU foam blocks efficiently into thin layers
S series automatic circular splitting and stacking machines cut foam blocks fully automatically, even into extremely thin layers and at high cutting speeds
Precise cutting of heavy blocks
Various additional options make the machines particularly powerful: even very heavy blocks can be loaded, unloaded, and easily handled with the air cushion system
Unlike horizontal tabletop machines, the circular table does not need to perform a return run, thereby increasing production capacity
The optimized vacuum system holds the blocks and works together with the angle adjustment system to ensure precise cuts
The optimization software allows an increased material exploitation
All S models are controlled by an industrial PC with a separate control panel and cutting speed can be adjusted continuously
Using the optional software tool FKOpti-Sheet+, you can optimize material use and save up to 10% on material per block
Machines from the S series can also cut extremely light materials and harder foams with precision using the optional upper roller
S 20 - S 36: the cutting unit allows the bandknife angle to be adjusted from -5° to +5°, allowing layers of any size and thickness to be cut to perfection over the entire block height without lifting the block
The extremely low-friction bondstrip and its pre-tension guarantee a very low cutting pressure
