    2. Longitudinally welded austenitic stainless steel tubes, grade 304/18.9 (TP304), to ASTM A249/A249M.
    3. Originally manufactured for a nuclear power plant project that was cancelled, and held unused since.
    4. Manufactured in Holland in 2011.
    5. The material is stated to have a 100-year service life.

    6. Intercrystalline corrosion test to ASTM A262 practice A: passed
    7. Mechanical properties required: 0.2 percent proof stress 205 N/mm2, tensile strength 515 N/mm2, elongation 35 percent
    8. Mechanical properties measured on the witnessed heats: 0.2 percent proof stress 298 to 390 N/mm2, tensile strength 638 to 690 N/mm2, elongation 54 to 62 percent
