Mainly for 6d and above synthetic fiber raw material after opening, then filling for pillow cores, bolster pillows and similar products
This production line mainly for polyester fiber opening and weighing, then filling for pillow, bolster pillow and cushion
Production line sequence: auto filling machine → filling compressor box → filling opener → filling compressor → weighing work bench

Multiple open rollers, above 6d synthetic fiber open rate can reach 100%, no damage on fiber crimp and smoothness
Filling products are fluffy, full of elastic and soft hand feel
