Wolf carding machine
Condition: new
Developed to achieve a thorough opening of fibers and a preliminary mixing of the components in processing, particularly in processes involving long fibers.
Specifications
Equipped with a pair of feed rollers, a main drum, and 3 pairs of working and stripping cylinders.
All cylinders controlled by inverters to allow precise adjustment of operating speeds, ensuring high flexibility and operational quality.
Operating Principle
Fiber is pneumatically fed to the carding machine via a condenser (01) or a suction cyclone (direct loading from a loader is also possible).
Fiber accumulates inside the silo (02), allowing the formation of a uniform fiber mattress on the machine's feed belt (03).
Fiber opening and mixing occur thanks to the action of the main cylinder (04) and the 3 pairs of working and stripping cylinders (05).
