Specifications
Reed drawing-in width: max. 2170 mm, min. 1460 mm
Maximum mechanical machine speed: 520 rpm (at maximum drawing-in width), 550 rpm (at minimum drawing-in width)
Production speed: optimum achievable production speed depends on drawing-in width, pattern design, quality of weft yarn material and weft yarn packages, quality of the warp as well as on speed limitations of the shedding motion
Depending on weaving machine configuration and specification, additional limitations in speed and drawing-in width are possible
Warp Preparation and Technical Advice
The warp beam must be appropriate for the weaving process, that means hard wound and with an even perimeter over the whole width
The winding should not build up or decline in the selvedge area; the winding hardness must also be consistent
All ends and tapes need to have a constant tension over the whole width
The warp beam width must be adapted to the reed width
