Description

  1. Overview
    1. Chocolate moulding plant for solid bars, and chocolate praline or bar shells
    2. Line can produce solid bars with optional nuts/nibs/seeds/candied peel, and chocolate shells for pralines
    3. Manufactured by Hacos / Knobel / Bat Machinenbouw / Sollich
    4. Suitable for mould sizes 275 x 175 x 25 mm and 275 x 135 x 25 mm
    5. Speed of the moulds 7 or 8 moulds/minute (for bars of +/- 100 gram)
    6. With Simar vacuum filling system including vacuum pump
    7. To fill tanks with either milk or dark chocolate buttons to melt
    8. Operating by 2 people (1 operator for demoulding-packaging and 1 operator for depositor-tempering machine)
    9. All currently set up as a complete running plant, no longer in production
    10. Must be sold currently all together
  2. Chocolate Tanks And Pump
    1. Two (2) 1800 kg capacity stainless steel jacketed chocolate tanks each with stirrers and motors and separate controls, all from year 2018
    2. One chocolate pump to use between both tanks, plus pipework
  3. Mould Infeed And Warmer
    1. Start of line with approx. 5 metres long mould infeed conveyor with heatstrip mould warmer
  4. Tempering
    1. Sollich 200 FD chocolate temperer, year 1985, serial number 1433, 380 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4.2 kW, with new cooling and electrical system in 2018
  5. Depositing And Filling
    1. Through to a Knobel CCM-9 chocolate depositor for bars/shells or fillings, year 1996, with agitator in hopper for the chocolate (built 2020)
    2. Then through a Bat Machinenbouw bucket elevator feeding conveyor, year 2020, feeding nuts/seeds/peel, etc. into a 10-head multi-head weigher that then weighs product to be spread and dropped on top of newly deposited chocolate into mould, with minimum weight being 2 grammes of product onto the mould
    3. Through a vibratory conveyor, year 2020, and with 90 degree pusher
  6. Cooling Tunnel
    1. Then into a Hacos KT160 cooling tunnel, 4 x moulds across, year 1998, cold air cooling with compressor and condenser, 5 metres long cooling
    2. Exit from cooling tunnel, manual demoulding of product and placing of moulds back onto mould infeed conveyor
  7. Shell Forming Line
    1. For the shell forming, there is also a Hacos HML-600S line, year 2003, running on 275 x 135 moulds, including mould warmer, scrapers, vibration, fill area, 180 degree conveyor, mould turnover, vibration, 2 x bottom scrapers, then manual mould turnover to then feed into the Hacos KT160 cooling tunnel
  8. Included Spare Parts
    1. Including lots of various spare parts for the various machines, and different parts and depositing heads for the Knobel, etc.
