  4. Coextrusion Die Head
    1. Nr. 1 14063000 5 layers coextrusion die head with IBC

    3. Designed with innovative flow distribution software in order to achieve excellent thickness tolerances with the maximum flexibility in the use of different polymers
    4. Layers symmetrical geometry allows the uniformity of the material flows in the confluence region providing the perfect distribution of the thickness of each layer and conferring to the film superior optical and mechanical properties
    5. A lower volume of polymers inside the die enables quicker changes and shorter materials residence time
    6. Made out of high-grade forged steel hardened with nickel plated surface treatment spiral mandrel
    7. Adjustable centering die lips are chrome plated in order to improve polymers slipperiness and enhance abrasion resistance
    8. The die is mounted on an adjustable cart with integrated cooling air distributor manifold
    9. Thermoregulations divided into zones heated by ceramic elements
    10. High-efficiency internal bubble cooling system with isolated and low pressure drop cooling air passages
