Processes
Machine designed for high flexibility.
All boxes are independently configurable with direct dosages of pure products (liquid indigo, sulphur, NaOH, hydro powder) to different boxes of the machine and dosages of product solutions from the kitchen, all with flow meters and micro valves.
Bottoming processes with sulphur, reactive, vats with or without steamer.
Indigo dye process, programmable from 1 to 6 deeps with or without N2.
Sulphur dye programmable from 1 to 6 deeps with 2 vaporizers to increase fixation and penetration.
Pad-dry-pad-steam processes alone or post dyeing with indigo and/or sulphur.
Programmable topping in the last two dyeing boxes with direct dosing of dye and/or solutions prepared in the kitchen, dosing with flow meters and micro valves.
Finished with three wash boxes configurable to work together for over flow or separately for oxidation, fixation, neutralization, soaping, with direct dosing from the kitchen.
