Introduction Of The Spreader Machine
Main equipment: LCD touchscreen for easily setting the length, mode, quantity, speed and sections of the fabric spreader.
Fabric endsense: main machine will stop automatically once the fabric pulls out, back to the fixed point.
Cutting device: easily to assemble and disassemble the cutting knife and main machine, can set the knife moving distance and cutting speed according to the fabric width when need to cut fabric.
Automatic fabric pre-loosening device: loosens the fabric first and then lays it out to eliminate the tension of fabric spreading and maintain the consistency of fabric spreading quality.
Electric eye automatic edge alignment device: can accurately achieve automatic edge alignment during the sequential operation of lab-pulling.
Automatic lifting device: the lifting amount can be set according to the thickness of the fabric and used in conjunction with the fabric.
Emergency stop device: on both sides of the cutting bed, there are steel cables for stopping the machine; the steel cables can be pulled at any position on the cutting bed at any time for emergency stopping.
Fabric spreading device: can effectively adjust the fabric spreading according to the width and tension of the fabric, preventing the fabric from wrinkling.
