Machine working speed: 0 to 60 m/min, controlled by stepless potentiometer
Rpm adjustment: AC inverter
Machine drive: AC + gearbox
Fabric Inlet And Outlet
Fabric inlet: fabric coming from the loom is fed into the machine by taking up the slack on the tension roller and pulling it directly with the draw roller
Fabric outlet: max. Ø400 mm fabric wound with a photocell-controlled system on beam
Regulation group: ensures fabric is fed into the machine properly; pneumatic piston triggered by edge tracking photocell control moves left and right to center the fabric
Fabric opener device: consists of a cylinder wrapped with spiral wire from center outward to remove curls formed on the edge of the fabric (manufactured from a stainless-steel cylinder)
Beam pipe: before winding, it will be a stainless-steel pipe
Winding And Tension Control
Fabric edge control: by the edge-following sensor, the fabric is wound onto the beam tube in the winding group that moves left and right
Fabric tension control: fabric tension and synchronization between motors ensured by the servomotor system
Fabric measurement: accurate meter readings taken with an encoder-equipped digital meter (compatible with computers via RS 232 output; a touchscreen will be used)
Fabric tension system in beam winding group: group required to remove folds in the fabric; present inside the machine
Fabric tensioning device at fabric machine inlet: group required to remove folds in the fabric; present inside the machine
Spread out group: in the fabric winding group, system that prevents fabric edges from overlapping when wound onto the fabric; present inside the machine
Fabric end photocell: when the fabric runs out, the photocell system stops the machine with its angle adjustment feature
Winding group adjustment: the perforated winding cylinder will be adjustable
Additional Components
Activated cylinders: cylinders will be coated with rubber material
Non-driven pipes: cylinders that rotate freely where the fabric comes into contact will be made of stainless steel
Beam arm safety rope with switch: present inside the machine
Lift and connection device: option
Operation Mode
Machine operation mode: the fabric coming from the big batch passes through the stainless steel opener and centering system as it enters the machine and is wound onto the perforated beam using a photoelectric system; during winding, a shank system is used to prevent the edges of the fabric from overlapping
